Our company has been painting homes in the greater Houston area for over 10years, and our painters are the best quality painters in the city.

      4. Do you apply one or two coats?
Two coat applications are always better on exteriors (longevity); interiors generally only require one coat.

      5. How long will the paint smell last inside my house? Is it harmful?
Depending on the type of paint used in your home. All paints have some odor, however, environmentally friendly paints are available, and almost all paints are safe.

      6. Do you replace the rotten wood, and what type of wood do you use?
Yes, rotting wood is like a cancer; it must be taken out, or it will spread. All replaced wood should be treated or the new Hardi material whenever possible.

      7. What causes mildew on my home, and how can I get rid of it?
Mildew is caused by moisture penetrating wood, or siding either through caulking gaps, or paints failure.  Washing your home will temporarily relieve your problems. The only way to solve this problem long term is by re-caulking, and repainting.

      8. Why is the wood rotting?
Water penetration and mildew causes rot, and are only stopped by caulking and repainting.

      9. What is the difference between a brush and roll application versus a sprayed application?
Contrary to popular belief, spray painting is by far and away superior to brush and roll.  Paint application is measured in thickness of paint known as "mils".  It takes three applications of roller to equal the mils applied in one spray application.

      10. What kind of paint do you use?
We use all major brands of paint; however, we only use the highest grades from each vendor.

      11. Do I need to stay at home while work is being performed?
No, Our painters have been with the company for an average of 10 years. Your home is safe!

      12. Do you accept credit cards?
